Cancellation Policy

1 Policy Overview

This Cancellation Policy governs the termination of services between clients and Global Bridge Holdings LLC. It applies to all service types including monthly subscription plans, project-based engagements, and consulting retainers.

We aim to make the cancellation process simple, transparent, and fair. All cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in this policy and any additional provisions in your signed service agreement.

2 Subscription Plan Cancellations

For our monthly subscription plans (Basic, Standard, and Premium), the following terms apply:

30-Day Written Notice Required

You must provide at least 30 days' written notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for an additional billing cycle.

Service Continues Until Period End

Upon cancellation notice, your service will continue through the end of your current paid billing period. You will not receive a pro-rated refund for unused days.

Final Billing Cycle

If notice is received fewer than 30 days before billing, one final charge will occur and service will end at the conclusion of that final billing period.

Cancellation Confirmation

You will receive a written confirmation of cancellation within 3–5 business days, along with your service end date.

Example: If your billing date is the 15th of each month and you submit a cancellation on the 1st, your service will end on the 15th of the following month (30 days from notice). If submitted on the 10th, the same applies β€” service ends 30 days from the 10th.

3 One-Time Service Cancellations

For project-based or one-time service engagements:

  • Before Work Commences: Full refund may be available (see Refund Policy)
  • Work In Progress (less than 25% complete): A cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost applies
  • Work In Progress (25%–50% complete): A cancellation fee of 50% of the total project cost applies
  • Work In Progress (more than 50% complete): Full project fee is due β€” no refund will be issued
  • Completed Work: No cancellation or refund is available after final delivery

Important: Any third-party costs (government fees, filing fees, subscriptions purchased on your behalf) that have been committed are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

4 How to Cancel

To cancel your service, please follow these steps:

Send a Written Cancellation Request

Email info@globalbridgeholdingsllc.com with the subject line: "Service Cancellation Request – [Your Name/Company]"

Include Required Information

Your full name, company name, registered email address, service plan name, and reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated).

Receive Acknowledgment

Our team will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days and begin processing your cancellation.

Receive Confirmation

Within 3–5 business days, you'll receive a formal cancellation confirmation with your service end date and any applicable final billing details.

Offboarding (if applicable)

For Premium plan clients, a brief offboarding call may be scheduled to ensure smooth handover of any ongoing work and deliverables.

Phone cancellations are not accepted. All requests must be submitted in writing via email to ensure proper documentation and legal record-keeping.

5 What Happens After Cancellation

Following the effective cancellation date:

  • Access to all digital portals, dashboards, and shared resources will be revoked
  • Your account manager will no longer provide active service support
  • All deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to you within 10 business days
  • Confidential business information will be retained per our Privacy Policy and data retention schedule
  • Any ongoing government-registered services (e.g., registered agent) will require separate termination
  • You will receive a final summary of all work completed during your engagement

6 Our Right to Cancel

Global Bridge Holdings LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend services under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay outstanding invoices after a 10-day grace period
  • Terms Violation: Breach of our Terms & Conditions or service agreement
  • Illegal Activity: Use of our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
  • Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information
  • Abusive Conduct: Harassment or threats toward our staff or contractors
  • Force Majeure: Extraordinary circumstances beyond our control

In cases of cancellation for cause by us, no refund will be issued for services already rendered. In cases of cancellation without cause by us, a pro-rated refund may be provided for the unused portion of prepaid services.

7 Service Pause Option

Before cancelling, consider our Service Pause option β€” available to Standard and Premium plan clients:

  • Pause your subscription for up to 60 days with no loss of account history or data
  • A reduced maintenance fee of 20% of your monthly plan cost applies during pause periods
  • Maximum of 2 pause periods per 12-month subscription term
  • Must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing date
  • Service automatically resumes at the end of the pause period or upon your request

8 Reactivation

Former clients are always welcome to return. Reactivating your account is simple:

  • Contact us anytime to reactivate within 12 months of cancellation at your previous plan pricing
  • After 12 months, current pricing and plan terms will apply at time of reactivation
  • No reactivation fees or penalties
  • Returning clients receive expedited onboarding
  • Historical data may be available for accounts inactive less than 12 months
